How To Deal With Stress

Stress often zaps the fun we can be experiencing in our everyday life.

We need to be aware of that and do the things necessary to reduce our stress and increase our joy.

My big dog Adrian helps us in this video to remember what’s important.

By living in the moment… Along with exercising, eating a well-balanced diet and getting rest…We can help our body and mind to best deal with the stress that pops up in our life.

Always consult your doctor before exercising to make sure you do things properly and within your limits.

Among other ways to get my heart pumping, I love to walk the dogs.

It lets my body move as my mind runs free to think about all kinds of things.

I’m surprised by how many ideas I get when walking the dogs or going on a bike ride.

When I get back I’m energized to take on the new ideas that wouldn’t necessarily have come to me if I hadn’t gotten out and moved my body.

I hope this video and the ideas in it bring more joy to your moments going forward.

And remember, whatever it is you want to accomplish in your life, I know YOU can do it… I believe in you!
